 7days return policy*

Items can be returned for a product exchange, store credit,or refund, within 7 days of the order’s delivery date.

For non-returnable Items such as items on sale, sunglasses, handcrafted  accessories and other items signed as non-returnable , returns are not accepted.

To qualify for a return, your item must be in its original condition—unworn, unused, with tags attached, and in its original packaging. A receipt or proof of purchase is also required.

To start a return you have to first contact us at info@meiz.gr or at phone number +302831042310 . When your return is accepted you can proceed to return. The return fee is charged on you . We reserve the right not to accept any refund if it doesn’t meet our requirements.

Damages /Other issues
Upon reception, inspect your order contact us immediately if item is defective or damaged, or if you have received wrong item .In this case we will evaluate the issue and make it right.

Exchanges*
Items can be exchanged for a different size or alternative style.

Store Credit *

You can use your credit on a future order within six months of your return .

Refund*

Once we have received and inspected you return, we will notify you if the return was approved or not. If approved you will be refunded immediately on your original payment method. Please note that it make take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
